The law on electronic archiving allowed us to develop a new partnership with the company Labgroup. Together we offer a tailor-made approach for companies that want to digitise without disrupting their business processes.
The primary advantage for an SME constitutes the usual operation of existing multifunctional printers to dematerialise, print and copy all documents, including “PSDC” documents. Automation is the second benefit of the solution. Secure transfer to the Labgroup cloud archiving system and full-text indexing are performed automatically from the MFP.
