The transfer of digital documents is secured via HTTPS guaranteeing the highest confidentiality of our documents. Your data is “Hosted in Luxembourg”.
With LuxDoc software, you can send documents no matter their size. The software sends fully traceable download link with reading traceability. Secure access to your data allows you to share the right information with the right person.
The powerful granular access control enables users responsibilities to be set so that your employees are given access only to relevant folders, document sheets or features within the software. Access rights can be defined on an individual or group basis. As an administrator, you can even grant access to one specific file within a folder.
Confidentiality
LuxDoc ensures you an encrypted and secured SSL connection. The Software LuxDoc is fully hosted and redundant across two datacentres in Luxembourg, thus offering fail-over protection in case of disaster. Moreover, it is essential that your data is completely protected, that is the reason why it is encrypted with RSA AES2048bits standard.
The security of your data is at the centre of our concerns. We offer you a high secured software with encrypted and secured SSL connection. Moreover, our private cloud system is complying with a quality agreement (SLA: Service Level Agreement), which ensures you high availability. Several encrypted backups are made every day in order to guarantee you the highest security of your data. Moreover, the encrypted logs strengthen the security level.
Data is encrypted before transferring to the online storage through the Internet (HTTP over TLS/SSL) and stored in encrypted form through the management of a single copy by default, replicated across 2 datacentres in Luxembourg.

LuxDoc ensures you the confidentiality of your data with an automatic data encryption (unreadable outside the company), a reduction of the number of copies and the risk of dissemination but also a rigorous users’ rights administration. This software solution allows you to collect and classify all your data, to control the indexation of your documents but also to manage deadlines and durations associated to your documents (e.g. reminders, alarms…), and contractual data such as notice, renewal and termination. This software solution also allows you to maintain evidence thanks to the preservation of a record of all the operations that have been carried out.
The data security provided by LuxDoc permits to:

- Search for the metadata and the content of all your documents allowing you fast processing of applications (rectification, erasure…),
